Gift wrapping? After you have added your item to the basket, head to my shop front where you will find a listing for gift wrapping. Add the quantity of the items you need gift wrapped. If it is unclear, please specify which item you need to be wrapped.
Please read the Christmas deadlines below, as given to me by the postal service. It is always a bit crazy this time of year and things might be a little more so this year due to Covid. This, I cannot predict. I am unable to provide refunds for items that don't arrive in time. I will always dispatch them within the allotted time and they will always be tracked. If you order Clothing, cushion covers or bags, your item will be printed and dispatched from a location closest to you. Eg, If you live in The USA, your item will be printed and dispatched from California. If you live in Europe, that is where your item will come from. This is because I have reliable printing partners all over the world to avoid you paying extortionate shipping costs. Items such as mugs, tea towels and art will be dispatched in 3 business days from my London studio.

Cancellations are accepted as long as the item has not gone into production or already sent.
Replacements or refunds will be sent on damages that happen in transit before delivery of goods. You must provide a photographic record of damages and I will be happy to help you out.
I will always dispatch items within the allocated time and will always be trackable, however if due to the speed of the postal service your item does not arrive in time for a specific celebration, I cannot offer a refund. Unfortunately the speed of the postal service is out of my hands.

Generally I don't offer customised items as the overall cost of the item would be substantially increased. But if you DO have a request I will happily consider it.
