Unfortunately I cannot predict the speed of post as there are likely to be delays so I cannot offer refunds for late arrivals, all I can do is give you the deadlines offered by the postal services, dispatch within the allotted time period with track and trace and advise you to ORDER EARLY!

If you order Clothing, cushion covers or bags, your item will be printed and dispatched from a location closest to you. Eg, If you live in The USA, your item will be printed and dispatched from California. If you live in Europe, that is where your item will come from. This is because I have reliable printing partners all over the world to avoid you paying extortionate shipping costs. Items such as mugs, tea towels and art will be dispatched in 3 business days from my London studio.

Returns and exchange details

Cancellations are accepted as long as the item has not gone into production or already sent.
Replacements or refunds will be sent on damages that happen in transit before delivery of goods. You must provide a photographic record of damages and I will be happy to help you out.
I will always dispatch items within the allocated time and will always be trackable, however if due to the speed of the postal service your item does not arrive in time for a specific celebration, I cannot offer a refund. Unfortunately the speed of the postal service is out of my hands.

Loved the wrapping, simple and beautiful. If ordering more than one item or if they are gifts for different people, it would help to add a post it note or something on the outside of the wrapped package to indicate which one is which. I ordered two different mugs, (both gift wrapped) and had to unwrap one to figure out which gift was which. Totally worth it though, they are ready to gift upon delivery!
